Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with DOEL. Shipments may experience occasional delays due to weather disruptions, or local logistics adjustments. To track your order, contact our support team at petlar@gbtops.com. to receive your unique tracking number.
Order Processing Time
Order processing time refers to the period from order confirmation & successful payment to when your order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Generally, orders are dispatched within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Our warehouse operates during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding local public holidays). We minimize delays caused by warehouse schedule adjustments.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number. The tracking number is usually activated within 24 hours after dispatch.
Tracking information may take 48–72 hours to update on the carrier’s system.
If you cannot track your package normally, contact us via email, and we will assist you within 48 hours.
Delayed Delivery
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, contact us immediately at petlar@gbtops.com. We will promptly verify the status with the shipping carrier and provide updates. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Order Cancellation
You may request order cancellation if contacted promptly after purchase.
Orders can be fully canceled and refunded only if payment is completed and the package has NOT been shipped.
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
Taxes, Duties & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
