Processing Time

It will usually take no more than two working days to arrange to ship for all products in stock. In case of holidays, the processing time will be postponed

Shipping & Delivery

After the product has been processed & shipped, delivery time frames can range between 5-10 business days for all shipments. Depending on where you are located, your shipment may arrive 1-3 days earlier than expected.

Note: Please factor in both processing and delivery times to estimate your orders arrival date. After you place an order, in most cases it will take a total of 7-12 business days for your order to arrive.

Return & Refund

Within three days of receipt, if you find that the product is damaged before it has been used, we will send a new, intact product of the same model for free, or refund it to you.
